Financial Aid

There are several scholarships available to help offset the cost of tuition:

Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) – This is a need-based scholarship available to Catholic students only.  Applying for TAP is easy and affordable, and can be done right from your computer through the FACTS Tuition Assessment Program.  Apply online at www.factsmgt.com.

The Grant & Aid Application with the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston opens on February 1, 2024. Phase I (Catholic families only)  will close on April 30, 2024,  Phases II (Catholic and Non-Catholic families) will close on July 14, 2024, and Phase III (Catholic and Non-Catholic families) will close on August 23, 2024.  Deadlines are firm, so please submit aid applications as soon as possible.

2024-2025 Diocesan Tuition Assistance Process (609 downloads)

Our Lady of Fatima Tuition Assistance – Active parishioners only; must also apply for TAP through the FACTS Tuition Assessment Program; must complete the Our Lady of Fatima Parish "In Parish Certification" (1999 downloads) form and have a meeting with Fr. Tijo George in the spring, or student does not receive the Catholic tuition rate or any additional assistance.

St. Joseph Catholic Church Tuition Assistance – Active parishioners only; must also apply for TAP through the FACTS Tuition Assessment Program; must complete the St. Joseph Catholic Church "In Parish Certification" (1751 downloads)  form and have a meeting with Father Borgmeyer before June 1, 2019.

John Garrett Scholarship – This $1,000 scholarship is offered to currently enrolled Juniors to help offset tuition during their Senior year.  1 or 2 student winners are selected by the family of John Garrett, a 1979 graduate of St. Joe who was killed in Desert Storm.  Students applying for the award must submit an essay on “My Dream. . .”  Application forms are available in the school office.

Catholic Daughters Scholarship – This scholarship is offered to currently enrolled students to help offset tuition.  Student winners are selected by the Catholic Daughters based upon essays submitted by the students.
