Thank you for your interest in St. Joseph Central Catholic High School! We hope that the information on our website will provide you with a quick overview of our school and what we offer our students and parents.
Since 1924, our school has forged a strong reputation of academic excellence, community involvement and faith formation. We take pride in our safe environment that fosters growth spiritually, intellectually, socially and physically.
Our small class sizes allow students to get the most from every minute of instruction to ensure that each student is successful. This is the norm, not an exception. Currently for the 2016-17 school year, we have 160 students enrolled with a student/teacher ratio of 11 to 1, as well as a diverse group of students attending from Belgium, Canada, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand.
Along with all of our classes being college preparatory, we offer dual-credit courses that enable our students to receive over 50 hours of college credits while still in high school as well as a variety of AP courses.
In 2016, our 44 graduates received scholarship offers of $5,386,724.25. With this foundation, our graduates become successful professionals that provide leadership in our community and throughout the country.
St. Joseph Central Catholic High School provides opportunities to all students through faith, academics and service, including the ability to take part in over 20 athletic teams, clubs and organizations. Graduates have attended Wake Forest, Xavier, Notre Dame, UCLA, Yale, the Air Force Academy and the Naval Academy, just to name a few.
