Current Students – How to Re-Enroll

We have changed the re-enrollment process and are having you complete everything online through RenWeb and FACTS Management Company, which are now tied into one for convenience.

Another change is how fees are paid.  The fees are as follows:

Registration Fee – $170.00 per student
Athletic Fee – $60.00 per athlete
Reverse Raffle Ticket – $150.00 per family

Instead of paying ALL fees at registration, only $100.00 per student (plus small RenWeb fee) is due NOW.  The remaining balance of your child(ren)’s fees will be rolled into your tuition payments.  We understand that paying your normal monthly tuition payment plus over $350 in fees this month could be a hardship.

If you are in need of tuition assistance, you must contact the school to set up an appointment to discuss your options.  This includes financial aid through the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston (TAPS) and Anne Klim Scholarship for non-Catholic students.  Your FACTS account will show the full amount of tuition due until you meet with Mr. Archer.  When financial assistant is requested, please know that we look at your child(ren)’s attendance, grades and behavior records.

Reminder – if you are a Catholic student from OLOF, you must meet with Father Paul and fill out the “In Parish Certification Form” to receive the Catholic tuition rate.

Re-Enrollment Instructions:

In order to complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access ParentsWeb through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login listed below.

To access ParentsWeb:

  • Please go to www.renweb.com.
  • Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  • Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
  • After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
  • Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child.

The online re-enrollment process takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

The Instructions and Resources page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.

Deadline to re-enroll is Friday, April 28th.  Re-enrollments received after this date will be charged a $50 late fee.
